zing bars

Would like some options for all of those freezer packs you send me with each order. I've already asked you about how to recycle them but you never responded. Probably shouldn't order from your website until you provide some recycling options.

The shipping was terrible and melted all my bars. It took 5 days to arrive from shipment and they packed chocolate covered bars with a small sandwich bag of ice and expected that to be adequate. Why bother? The only way they are edible is if they stay in the fridge. If I pack them in lunches they are a melted mess all over the wrapper upon unwrapping. I WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN. I specifically asked about shipping before they shipped and was told they would arrive on ice. The “ice” was literally a hot bag of water by the time I received the bars. They were a melted mess! Never again.

I used to be able to talk to a helpful person at Zing but the last few times I couldn't get past the voice mail and they didn't respond to my emails either. There was no way to talk to a person and I don't think there was even a way to leave a voice mail.

The shipping took a really long time. The shipment kept getting delayed & the ice pack was just a gel pack when the box arrived. Not the company’s fault. I guess this is what the world looks like now.
