The last shipment arrived and the bars are significantly different than prior orders. A few have been significantly shorter, with one about 1/2 normal length. Definitely a stubby. Exterior of bar is bumpy in contrast to the earlier versions which were quite smooth.

Product was delivered warm so when I put in refrigerator chocolate was melted on wrapper

Shipping and packing were fine and bars were received fine. There was a little confusion about when the bars will arrive, an extra email that implied they would be received a day earlier than they were scheduled for. Not sure what happened. My biggest concern is not getting a response when an email was sent. Even if you have to say "can't do", it would have been better if a response had been received.

I'd like more cherry and hazelnut and would rather nit have any peanut bars.
