We have had a problem with some of the bars. You were kind to send us a box of them. We appreciate that but the box you sent had a couple of bars with the hard thing and they tasted a little funny.

Very good and I appreciate you packing them in ice during the summer. I did, however, never receive an answer to one question that I sent in online.
