Shipping and packing were fine and bars were received fine. There was a little confusion about when the bars will arrive, an extra email that implied they would be received a day earlier than they were scheduled for. Not sure what happened. My biggest concern is not getting a response when an email was sent. Even if you have to say "can't do", it would have been better if a response had been received.

I'd like more cherry and hazelnut and would rather nit have any peanut bars.

Do they have a customer service department? I have held off on my review for 3 weeks

I do not typically give bad reviews. I always try to contact the company directly first. I tried to contact them several times but NOONE has responded to me. This is very disappointing. Your bars are good but customer service may need a little improvement.

Flavor of bars is good.
