I haven’t had pizza in over a year and a half. At that time, my annual physical revealed that I had an elevated A1c due most likely to my obsession with carbs (bread, pasta, and potatoes). Fast-forward to last summer when I discovered Hero bread. I never could’ve pulled my A1c back into the normal range without it. And now you have pizza crust. This pizza crust is soft, almost spongy, it reminds me of eating a flat “deep dish” pizza. I’ve added it to my lunch rotation. Two things: please add the pizza crust to your regular stable of foods and please make cookies!

Breads and buns are pretty good. Wonder if they hold up a decent amount of time while being in the refrigerator cause I have run acrossed breads that have gotten moldy and had to throw out alot of slices from certain loaves of bread.
