I sent these, and other Hero food items, to my daughter as a housewarming gift. She likes to cut carbs whenever possible and loves the Hero products (many of which neither of us can find in our grocery stores). We are both fans of Hero and you can substitute Hero food products for any carb-loaded products and no one will know the difference! Your breads toast very well, make breadcrumbs, croutons, French toast, and stuffing!
