Poor customer service

I cancelled the subscription and was still sent a box and charged. I was told it couldn't be stopped even though I cancelled at least a week ahead. Imperfect Foods has much better customer service. I never complain, but either they ship old produce packed a week early or just have poor policies.

Not worth the time and $$$

I received two orders then cancelled all future orders. In the first order, the celery was soft/limp and the cauliflower only lasted a few days in the refrigerator. On the second order, there was mold on an onion and two of the red bell peppers were bad (one with a hole in it). I contacted customer service and all I received was....sorry, we added $10 credit to your account and this credit was after I cancelled. NO THANK YOU!!!!

I did not receive my Farmbox when scheduled.

My Farmbox has not yet arrived. I am worried that it will be spoiled. I received notice that it would be delivered yesterday, and the weather here is very humid and steamy. Usually, I am very pleased with Farmbox.

All my veggies showed up frozen.

It happened twice that I got frozen vegetables. . I gave up. Cancelled my subscription

Produce was frozen in the first box and the second box had rotten peppers and what was listed a a bunch was not a bunch but just a singleton.
