Box was due Sunday. Fedex said delivered Tuesday found today in mailroom fir only USPS Packages. Fedex iIs supposed to deliver to the door

I never received my first box, but luckily I wasn't charged for it anyway, since I would never have been able to reach customer service to cancel the subscription. I tried emailing and calling to see what was going on to no avail. Stay away from this company. I also did a google search on this company and see many complaints across several different scam platforms. Beware!
