UPS screwed up my last order. This time, they were late but at least I received the box with the contents intact.

Not for me.

My first box with Farmbox direct was amazing it arrived on time and my produce was beautiful. Then every box after that went downhill. My box was late instead of receiving Mon-Wednesday it arrived on Sunday and another time arrived the following Monday. On those boxes produce was welted and ice packs had melted. I contacted Farmbox direct and first time I received message back. The next two boxes I didn't receive a response back, but noticed a credit on my account so that meant my message was received. Overall the produce quality was great. Thank you.

Very fresh produce,but delivery was sporadic. I only participated in six weeks of boxes, and got one box where many items had frozen, another where the contents were a surprise. I had hoped for more variety each week, but got pretty much the same thing every time. May try again later in the summer.

I originally loved the idea of getting organic farm products. The thing I did not anticipate was un-seasonal products, or quite wilted ones. Getting tomatoes in February or wilted lettuce all wrapped in too much paper in my mind… :-( Too bad yet friendly efficient service.
