I don't like the FedEx is used as delivery service and I get my delivery on Thursday each time. It takes 3 days to get delivery and food quality is less.

Twice the carrots went limp after a day or two. Is when I go to site to change when notice is sent and it does not let me.

The produce arrived in good condition, which was an improvement over another company we had used previously. Kudos on the packing. Some of the items did wilt or go bad within a couple of days in the refrigerator. This is a problem because you want the items fresh to eat throughout the week and in some cases until the next week. You cannot eat the box in 2-3 days. We ended up canceling because of this. We were wasting too much of what was shipped

Good not great. Quality, freshness and variety could be improved.
