Tasty whole food meals but delivery is horrible

I have ordered Eat Clean BRO meals three times now. Each time I have enjoyed my meals. They are tasty, convenient and whole foods. That is, I enjoy the meals that arrive unbroken. All three times I have ordered, several of the containers are broken. This causes juices in the meal to leak everywhere. It also caused pieces of plastic to go missing. I have discovered that no amount of visual inspection will find clear (aka invisible) pieces of plastic in the food. Chewing finds it every time. To be fair, I reported it to customer service on my first order. They apologized and credited me some BRO points to compensate for the broken meals. I ordered a second time, hoping the first time was a fluke. Nope. Same situation. To be absolutely sure, I order one time and got the same result. 3 out of 8 were broken. The containers being used absolutely do not stand up to shipping via a major carrier. If the same containers are being used for delivery near their distribution centers and handled with care, I can see them being appropriate. But shipping them through UPS and expecting them to arrive undamaged is impossible. This review is not meant to be malicious. I sincerely hope Eat Clean BRO reads this and takes action. Upgrade your packaging for UPS shipping distances. Or do not offer your meals beyond the range you are able to deliver them yourselves. Until then, I will not be ordering any more meals from you.

Not the usual quality that I expect

Not sure if it a was a bad batch. The 2 salmon meals were very fishy. I ate them day 1 and 2. Usually the salmon is pretty good.

My order

Top round London broil: The meat was tough not tender at all. The cobb salad expected bacon not sure what the protein is, it was in strips. Blue cheese could have been on the side it was too much. The roasted chicken wrap was good.

Order mistake

This being my first order I didnt quite understand how to order a ecard to be delivered on Dec 25. I was advised to have it sent to my email instead of the recipient's. I did as advised using my email (after the fact) however they still sent to the recipient and now my gift was delivered b4 Christmas not happy and will think twice b4 ordering from u again

Issues with delivery.

Order never came as scheduled. Customer service is great tho! Promptly responded and rectified the issue.
