Hey, I've been a fan of ECB for YEARS. I have consistently ordered every month, and have always been happy. However, my last two orders arrived warm and inedible. I think switching from self delivery to UPS, and from their original packaging to poorly insulated cardboard has been a big step down.

I was very excited to receive my order that I had placed for over a week ago and it still has not shown up. I had to call customer service for them to re send me a new package of my meals and hopefully it will get here by Tuesday. I
