The clams, tuna and anchovies are wonderful. I just made linguine alla vongole, and 2 tins of the clams in brine flavored the pasta for 2 of us.

I haven’t had zamburiñas like those in years. Used to buy them in Cuban groceries in Miami. They didn’t disappoint.

The Bonito white tuna is so much better than most if not all of the albacore tuna. I stopped eating albacore tuna years ago. There is a big difference in texture.
