No more klatch please

I love cometeer coffee. BUT. I’m not on my email much, I wish they could text when it is being delivered. Great coffee, with no bitterness.

Told customer service about receiving 2 Thunguris last month and 1 this. Response was pretty much, “Sorry, that’s how it goes”. I’ve had 1 other issue in all the time I have subscribed and was treated well. I feel customer service has declined.

Wish there's options flavors for us to choose before submit. Marshmallows and mocha are my most favorite. I'm not too fan about having some tea flavors in it or some flowery flavors
