I did not receive what
I did not receive what I had ordered. This is not the first time this has happened, but it was the first time I tried to contact Cometeer to try and correct the situation. According to their website their customer service only accdets emails or texts. I emailed them and received an auto-reply stating someone would respond in 1-3 business days. On the 3rd business day, I had not heard anything so I texted for an update and received the same automated response. On the 5th business day I tried to contact on Instagram DM and finally received a response on Instagram a day later, simply asking for my email address. I immediately responded and have not heard anything since.
It's unfortunate because I enjoy their products. But if I can't get the product I ordered or get any response from a real human that actually cares about my dissatisfaction then I can't recommend this vendor to anyone nor can I continue to spend my money here.
