I ordered my sample online and received it extremely quickly. The taste and texture of the pasta is very good. I added pasta sauce to it and we enjoyed it very much. It cooks quicker than regular pasta.

I can't believe that it's good for you pasta because it's not overly chewy or not chewy enough. It doesn't have a weird taste or smell--it does smell like peas but I did not mind that. The texture was surprisingly pretty good and springy. I did not cook it as long as regular pasta. It held sauce and oils pretty well and the darker color is a nice touch.
