This pasta taste and texture is very good. I like that it's high in protein.

They cook up just like regular pasta and have a good flavor to them. They're one of the better tasting chickpea items I've bought.

My mind is blown - The nutrition for this pasta is amazing, even compared to other “healthy” pastas, and it still tastes SO GOOD. I love this company!
