My mind is blown - The nutrition for this pasta is amazing, even compared to other “healthy” pastas, and it still tastes SO GOOD. I love this company!

The product came fairly quickly. There were several follow-up messages to do my review, but because of the holidays, AI simply couldn't devote time to cook and review the product until now

I cook this pasta for 1 min less than the directions state & the texture is perfect. My 2 favorite features of this pasta are the high protein & gluten free. Will be buying this pasta moving forward.

Excellent flavor. I love that it is full of protein and lower in carbs. I really couldn’t tell the difference between chickpea pasta versus regular pasta. I will be buying this pasta again. I ordered it off their website which was extremely easy to do. I was impressed with all the different selections you could order from.
