Great Gluten-Free Alternative
Chickapea surpassed my expectations. This is an excellent gluten-free alternative. I love that it is organic and vegan. It is made only with yellow pea and chickpea flour. It cooks to just the right consistency and tastes delicious in any pasta recipe. Tge first time using this, I made a creamy all vegan spinach alfredo and it turned out amazing. Definitely a new staple in my kitchen.
