My husband and I absolutely loved this. It tastes just like regular pasta and the texture is good too! I love that we can enjoy delicious pasta guilt free now. This is a way healthier option and high in protein. I would repurchase.

CHiCKPEA is absolutely delicious! Only 5-8 minutes of cooking these noodles and it stays al dente with my savory sauce I made along with some chicken. Totally ecstatic that these CHiCKPEA noodles adds 24 grams of protein to the dish!

Chickapea surpassed my expectations. This is an excellent gluten-free alternative. I love that it is organic and vegan. It is made only with yellow pea and chickpea flour. It cooks to just the right consistency and tastes delicious in any pasta recipe. Tge first time using this, I made a creamy all vegan spinach alfredo and it turned out amazing. Definitely a new staple in my kitchen.
