First time we ordered and will be ordering again. It was great, made us think we were having beef. Made hamburgers and they turned out wonderful, used the stew meat for fajitas. Having the cutlets this week.

Decided to give Ostrich burgers a try because as sustainable as I try to be, I have a hard time giving up red meat. Our burgers were great— texture, taste, everything. Even my husband lived them. Everything arrived to my door still nice and frozen even in the So Cal heat!

Slow cooked the cutlets at 250 for 6 or 7 hours, and then sautéd with a homemade BBQ sauce. Legit better than any pulled pork or beef I've had, and probably 5% of the fat. Can't wait to try the kebab next!
