Firebelly Tea

Tea was excellent. I am so pleased about their eco-friendliness. While the shipped date was in the time bracket they gave me(which seemed a bit long), I think it could and should have departed their facility earlier. Customer support responded in a timely manner to my email about the shipping. Once the tea left their facility it arrived quickly. There was no brewing instructions on the packaging, which seems odd. I know that one of the owners has owned a successful tea company previous to this one. I will be ordering from them again but I'm wishing they had a larger variety of herbal teas, especially rooibos based.

I love the teas and find the packaging to be overkill, too much paper and cardboard, too large of a shipping box.

Not happy with either purchase sorry to say I really wanted to like the teas. You packaging was impressive but the teas fell short. Sorry

I did not like it. Not to mention, what am I supposed to do with all the gritty bark at the bottom of my cup?
