poor customer service experience. i spend about 6k a year on tea, and i’m glad to have interacted with customer service enough to know to steer clear of this brand going forward.

Packaging very deceptive. You receive a very small amount of tea. Box twice the size of bag inside. Actual bag half full of tea, and that’s being generous.
