I find it very easy to use and also refill with more hot water on the go … it looks very sleek and modern … the only suggestion I have is to include a silicone long spoon or something to scoop the tea from the bottom of the cup and it can also double as a spoon to put the tea in and also stir it

Good speed and service, but shipping is a little expensive.

Little pricey but it is great quality, so that makes up for paying the extra buck.

Shipping was quick, the quality of the mug is nice and I like the strainer aswell. All seems to be good quality but we will see with time
