Not happy with either purchase sorry to say I really wanted to like the teas. You packaging was impressive but the teas fell short. Sorry

I did not like it. Not to mention, what am I supposed to do with all the gritty bark at the bottom of my cup?

poor customer service experience. i spend about 6k a year on tea, and i’m glad to have interacted with customer service enough to know to steer clear of this brand going forward.
