love the system, hate the price! The houses are currently going thru the 1st heavy winter season, cant wait for spring to see how well the structure held up.

I can’t wait to put this out in the spring! I love the house and enjoyed putting it together. It isn’t perfect. Parts don’t exactly line up and it’s recycled nature mean that there are imperfections. When you factor in the environmental impact and the good work that Flow Hive is doing you can’t help but love the product. I fully recommend predrilling the holes for the screws and making sure everything is lined up. It makes building the house easier and less frustrating.

1. Flow should be more versatile and make frame parts optional, as some folks cannot use them. 2. Flow should include flat styrofoam sheets to use as inside roof insulation, or at least advise customers about doing so on their own. 3. Flow should improve bottom tray removal, as currently have to push it up from underneath to get it out. 4. Flow should incorporate an upper entrance in the top cover. 5. Flow should provide a hive entrance reducer. 6. Flow hive stand should be changed. There is no need of having the rear legs adjustable!

The flow hive is great and easy to assemble, however NZ customers should go to the Australia website. Also I brought the hybrid with brackets for the table but the observation window is too small to use as a table so will have to either purchase the flow hive 1 or 2 doors to use

I bought this during a sale, so it was as good of a deal as I could get money wise. I am overall satisfied with the hive, but it definitely could have been better. The roof design on the classic is complete garbage. You really shouldn't even sell it anymore. No matter what you do, you are left with gaps between the panels. Ill probably end up caulking the whole roof. Also on one of the side panels for the super the little wooden strip was stapled in the wrong place. I couldn't even put it together because the pieces wouldn't fit. I had to take the strip off and glue it instead. I don't have staples that long to staple it back. I had a few nails left from the brood frames, so I will just put those in it. Other then that there was a little splitting and roughness where the pieces had been cut out. For that much money I would rather not have had to do that much sanding on it. Was hoping for a little better finished product. The instructions were good, but not great. I didn't have much difficulty figuring it out, but there were a few confusing things. I think you should really get with Amazon, and find out how they are able to legally sell knock offs of your product. When I was originally shopping for hives I almost bought one from there. After reading reviews I decided it wasn't a good idea, because Chinese made products are pathetic. However, it just seems to be discrediting your invention, and you are likely losing a good bit of business from people buying knock offs to save money. I originally bought this to save a swarm of bees that a commercial keeper left behind when he was moving his hives off my land this year. By the time I got around to buying this, putting it together, and getting out there to move the bees there was only a handful left. I will have to wait until splitting time again to actually get some bees to put in it. I live in Texas, and believe there is a place close to here that will have nucs for sale again in August. The design of this product is very slick, and your promotional videos do a good job of selling the features of the product. Hopefully once I can get some bees in it I will enjoy the hive more, and feel more like it was a 5 star purchase instead of 4. Brady
