I’m a totally a new Beginner, the hive came quickly, and was very easy to set up. I bought a Nuc with the help of local bee keepers. The hive arrived very good and became so big it actually swarmed! I had an extra brood box on top but they still swarmed. The bees have still not taken to the Flow hive frames yet and stored any honey. Getting concerned on that part right now. We will see!!

I built the box with my kid. It was easy and fun. The split bottom of the board split when I attached it to the stand.

I ordered the flow hive 2 with the leg leveling kit. Instructions where easy to follow and the predrilled holes made it nice. The leg leveling kit was missing so I had to take pictures of the box and form and email those and then they sent the leg kit. The leg kit came and it was missing the wood bits that go on the side, so I had to take pictures of the box they came in and send it to flow hive. I just received the wood bits today (almost a month after I first received my hive). Honestly I probably wont put them on now since there are now bees in the hive. Otherwise a nice hive.

Still waiting on components to complete order

It would be beneficial to newbies if when buying a super for instance, if additional items popped up that could be added on and that go together with sizes that work together.Queen excluder, lid, roof, etc...
