Simple order my order came in 4 different shipments /days and I never got the Muffalatta salad I ordered . Its too much work to project manage your order delivery process . I need to be at my house 4 times to pick up $90 order . So I didnt get what I ordered and it didnt come in a convenient fashion. I still have to go get the stuff that never came.

I doubt you guys will post this one star review, and I’d rather the issue just gets fixed because I love that Yumza give me rewards but… there is nowhere to apply them on the website when placing an order. And if I email customer service after the order is placed, they will not apply a credit. So either honor the rewards, or stop giving them :-)

1st I was shorted 4 cartons of Oatmeal. 2nd I was told yesterday that my replacements hadn’t shipped yet, and that I would get an email telling me when it was going to. I didn’t

I have no idea what we ordered. This is a mindless exercise. Ask again and you will get another low grade.
