The absolute WORST experience.

In all my online shopping experience, this was the WORST. Horrible from start to finish. Confusion ordering. Lame customer service. Inept and woefully inadequate packing of glass items. Part of order never showed to this day. Three ring *circus* trying to get any help. Finally had to resolve the fiasco with credit card company. I urge you to shop elsewhere. Read other reviews - they have a pattern of disrespect and poor service.

PRICE GOUGING MAGGOTS!!!!

The forts time I ordered from this place about a month ago I purchased 6 cases of the Hydrate Alkaline Water for $17/case. Just 2 days ago I attempted to reorder the same product, same number of cases, only this time the price of the water had been changed to $19/case. So I went on to place the 6 cases of water into my cart and became distracted so I ended going back to the site approximately 5 hours later and you wouldn't believe that the price had been bumped up to $23.58/case!!! I was astounded!! And naturally I refused to proceed with that order. I emailed support@yumza.com countless times but only to no avail, because no one would acknowledge any of my emails and no one returned a reply. THESE GUYS ARE A JOKE!!

Terrible experience with this website - will never use again and will warn others away from it.

I ordered 40 spray bottles of Cleanwell Bathroom Cleaner and the experience was so incredibly frustrating I will never go near this website again and will warn others away from using it. Instead of getting the 40 bottles I ordered, I only got 8, so I called customer service, which took FOREVER since they can never address your question right away when you call, but have to have someone else call you back. After an hour or so, someone named Felix called and after I explained the situation, he said they would send out remaining 32 bottles. Instead, a couple days later I got EIGHT more bottles, but this time one of them was completely EMPTY! I had to call customer service again and got Felix again, but this time he said only a "manager" could help me sort it out and she wouldn't be in until the next day. I did get a call from that manager, Mary, the next day, but she was the most clueless of all. It took an extremely long time to get her to understand the basic facts of the situation. She finally had to get out a calculator to subtract 15 from 40, since she was unable to figure out on her own that since I bought 40 bottles and only received 15, Yumza still owed me 25 bottles! Her level of cognition and/or education

No service , no delivery

Worst on line experience ever , ordered two cases of Martinelli's Apple cider mixed with pomegranate, the other case was Apple and grape, the apple and pomegranate arrived , the grape was returned to origin via the shipper, never delivered , call twice no help , phone service to their customer service was impossible to understand , purchase from Yumza at your own risk !!
