Gave me items I didn't buy and tried to not give me any compensation. Very disappointed

Asked for a refund since Christmas and they still won't give me my $40 back. I'll find somewhere else to shop

I would love to be able to give a better rating on the service with dank stop, but after multiple inquiries and emails I have not heard from anyone and have been unable to work with dankstop.

I ordered a slide from the store and then about a week later I received an email saying my order had been cancelled for seemingly no reason. Probably won't order from you again.

I have had a lot of problems trying to order from you guys. First problem I encountered was you needed my ID to prove my address and stuff which was fine, so I sent it to you. After that I was supposed to receive a confirmation email, never got one. But like a week or so later I got an email saying the order was canceled and I will be receiving a refund. This was a couple of weeks ago and I have YET to get my refund. And I even emailed y'all asking for help because I had never received it and someone said "oh it should be there in 1 day" and it has never been received. Please give me my refund thank you.
