we received a defective product, the process for returning the item was slow and feedback from customer service not very helpful - I was asked if i read directions and turned item on properly which was offensive - we got shuffled around and got vague responses as to when we may recieve a new PAX unit, until finally we just requested our money back. That happened slowly as well - we didn't feel "cared for" as customers.
