I filled out the forms on your site with legitimate questions. And instead of receiving any response you took my email address and began sending me spam. That I did not request.

Purchased the "Eyce Bong" and it was a complete knock off. Came missing the mouthpiece and without instructions of how to even use it.

Did not arrive at designated day. I spent 200 dollars on multiple products with a 40 dollar bowl, but accidentally got a female bowl rather than a male, which won't even fit my bong I literally just bought. I contacted you right after the purchase was made, but you responded 3 days later saying there's nothing you guys can do because it's already shipped.. I'll be going elsewhere going forward, along with several other friends I have that routinely made purchases here.
