Never got a response

As of june 19th I was told through an email by "Monty" @dank.com that my since my package hadn't arrived after 20 days that a new one would be sent that day. Also a tracking number would automatically be sent to me. I am still waiting on the tracking number and the package. While initially shopping at dank.com back in May, the website indicated that as long as I made a purchase by a certain date/time shipping was free. By the time I got through the whole sign up and check out process it turned out shipping was actually going to be $30 or so. Living in HI, I pay attention to shipping costs which was why I went with Dank.com in the first place. But at that point I wanted to get the purchase made and on its way. Since I wanted it as a birthday gift for a loved one. Since you insist on sending these reviews before sending me the product, obviously I cannot give you a good review. I just want to make sure the package is on its way.
