Immediately after making my recent purchase I realized that I did not usr the current discount code. I sent an email to the support team which did not answer for 4 days. Upon answering they stated that they could not honor their discount because the product already shipped. Yet I sent the email immediately after the purchase. Anyway, over all bad business and wont be making anymore purchases at Dankstop and will encourage everyone to do the same.

The pipe came broken, cut my finger on the glass so I threw it away. They asked me to then dig the pieces of the blood covered glass out of the trash to take a picture of it. I do not own a camera nor am I digging through trash for 40 dollars, they should just honor my word. Whatever, this is not even worth my time.

I returned my item for a different size and now weeks have gone by and I have heard nothing from you guys, but I was told my exchange would be expedited.

I tried to cancel the order bc it was a mistake but it was to late but I'm just going to send the order back to get a refund.
