Shitty customers service when u get the wrong stuff you picked and it's even crack smh never again was my first time buying I was wrong !!

I ordered a 15" bong that arrived broken (glass seam wasn't finished when I t was made). I saw that happened some times from other reviews so thought nothing much. Got a return label and sent everything back. It took you guys 4 business days after it had been delivered before my replacement was sent out. This was in addition to me calling 1-2 times per day times check the status. Each time I called I was told it would be sent out that day and I would get email confirmation. Nothing for 4 days after repeatedly being assured it wold be sent that day. This is addition to the customer service people acting like it was a real inconvenience. I was also sent a small piece with my order originally that was broken. I was told I would get a replacement on that also and yet nothing arrived with the bong. After asking I was given a discount on future purchases but at this point I'm not really sure it's worth the effort to order through this site again. Overall disappointed in customer service and quality control.
