Ordered Cache mini bong and Santa Cruz grinder. Bong was processed and shipped on the 4th(still awaiting USPS delivery). Grinder still says awaiting processing. Sent an email was told that it ships from another location and information will be sent. Order is still in process. Will not be using dankstop again as this was a birthday gift

Ordered product. Kept on waiting. Website said it was in stock. Then they set it wasn't again for the 2nd time. Then when I called them they cancel my order after almost 2 months. Ordered same item,same day from another outfit and they shipped it out that same day

Poorly made, clogged on first use

It has been 7 days since I placed my order and nothing has shipped, 5 days after i placed the order I got an email saying that what i ordered is not in stock anymore. I chose a new color and it still hasn't shipped yet. Turn around time has not been great.
