You guys are really hitting below the mark with customer service

Someone owes me an email or a call back. Please go look at my reviews and my dissatisfaction with your shipping fees. I would have thought that my poor reviews would have caused someone from your company to contact me, but nothing. I really appreciate your products, but this issue has left me sour and sad. You guys can do better. There's a lot of automated replies, but the sincerity in caring that I had a bad experience has not been addressed. If you say we will eliminate the shipping and handling fee if you buy an item at whatever fee, you should eliminate the shipping and handing fee. You guys owe me $17.99. Period.

Expensive and Slow to ship, zero customer service responses to questions.

I sent in multiple emails prior to ordering and received no response from anyone, over months. First inquiry was back in December, heard from no one. Finally decided to place and order anyway in February, I get a shipping confirmation and should have the package in a day or two based on where they are. I keep checking the tracking and they have just created the label, UPS hasn’t even received the package yet, day after day, still just sitting on “label created”. Not to mention it was like $25 to ship a 2lb package UPS ground. I ship UPS for business and know for a fact that’s an $11.37 package (I ran it in my worldship system) they are lucky this Colorado honey is like medicine to me or I wouldn’t bother.

Poor customer service

I gave two stars because the product itself is good, however navigating through the website was terrible. It was extremely slow, and didn't allow me to view shipping options. So I placed my order figuring I would learn the price once I received my email confirmation. As soon as I received my email, and learned what they had charged me for shipping, I immediately called them to cancel my order. I think it is absolutely ridiculous to pay $19 dollars for shipping to Boston when my product total was $33 dollars. To make it worse they do not have anyone answering phone calls on their customer service line, and when I did leave a message for someone to call me back, I never heard from anyone.
