Takes forever for order to be filled. No communication from company. No response when emails sent.

Ordered $15.99 Product, $32.00 charged to my account. Unable to reach customer service (called three times, left message for call-back once, sent e-mail; all with no response. Order was not placed in 2017. Order was placed in Jan.,2021. Forget the 10%, there will be no next order. Customer service non-existant.

Two of the three jars in the “Trio” I received last week had crystallized, and were not acceptable. I contacted you via email on your website, asking how you wanted to handle my complaint. So far, you have not responded, So I have a box of three very expensive, but unsatisfactory, jars of honey sitting on my counter waiting for an answer from you.
