I bought a 20g brew pot and, while there was a weak weld on the lid handle, Spike stood behind their product and corrected it in the blink of an eye. Really awesome service and I will definitely purchase again.

I cannot imagine a more professional and high quality set-up. I would highly recommend this system to anyone who is serious about brewing at home.
