Well worth the expense. Superb quality craftsmanship. My first batch is nearing the end of fermentation and should be ready to keg in a few days - can't wait to see it through and get it ready for my next batch.

I purchased one of the first kettles Spike ever produced years back in 2011. That Kettle has been my favorite and go-to ever since. Yes, I would love to upgrade to a new shiny kettle setup but my old setup is still in as good a shape today as the day I purchased. Talk about Quality and build! Recently I decided to add some Unitanks to my brewery and decided to go with a Spike CF5 and CF15. The Quality, craftsmanship, and service is not only what I remember but has even improved. Talk about making a good thing even better. These CF units are amazing I wish I had taken the plunge on these sooner. Keep up the great work and quality products. I'm eventually going to be upgrading my batch size so I know this won't be my last order. Thank you again for all the hard work and quality product development!

Great product and sevice

Love the fermenter. Bought the 15 gallon one. The cooling system though is not perfect for California weather to keep the temperature completely even using ice/ice water for lagers. Buying a glycol chiller now.
