Love getting my delivery every Friday. Splendid Spoon makes breakfast and lunch prepping effortless. Simplifies my work week. And added bonus - the shakes and soups are delicious!

I like having the convienience of the soup bowls ! I feel good about myself as I’m not compromising the quality of what I eat! I’ve been able to maintain my weigh and always feel full and satisfied!

I certainly enjoy each shipment and I have experienced goods I have never eaten before, mixed with the spices they are all very good. Some soups have more vegetables than others which has been the only disappointment.

I usually spoon one week a month to reset/maintain healthy habits. I’m in love!
