These soups and smoothies are so good that it is hard to believe they are good for you! My 4 and almost 2 year old even love them!

I have been receiving the breakfast smoothies for months now and thoroughly enjoy them. Its easy, tasty, filling and energizing for one meal a day. The delivery process is smooth and choosing the smoothies is equally as easy.

What I like so much about Splendid Spoon is that it is so healthy and tastes great but without any added sugar so there are no empty calories.

I lost no weight while using Splendid Spoon. Why? Because I was already at my goal weight. But what it did do for me was offer me the opportunity to grab and go healthy, delicious food while very busy.
