Please see email below sent 26/7, which I never heard back Hi, I just received my order below and the glasses are beautiful, this is my third order, but I was little disappointed with my daughters glass with a little scratch on it:( I have taken a photo but it was difficult to capture it. I tried to clean it, but it’s very rough and definitely a scratch. Please see attached photo. Thank you Kim

The packaging is a little cheap and the quality of the glass is underwhelming. The margins on this product must be huge!

Terrible quality. Chips in the Crystal, visible glue, off-centre low quality engraving and damaged packaging. Would not purchase again.
