Purchased as a gift - wasn’t given the option of entering my details as purchaser and then recipients details so had to enter recipients and now all correspondence is sent to me but with another’s name. Also the gift card was incomplete so they had no idea where the present had come from !!!

The glass had a chip in it and scratches near the engraving. I’ve sent an email to customer support and still haven’t received a reply.

Received my first gift box, and it was ripped/creased. Got a replacement box and it was the same. Omg I just want my box that is in good condition.

I’m not happy with how the package had arrived. The wine glass was not put properly in the protective bubble wrap (it was loose) and my gift box was damaged.
