Shipped quick, not packed well. Came damaged

I had ordered a small veil for my bachelorette and it came with the comb split in half. No big deal, I just reached back out to them and sent them pictures, asking for a replacement. They apologized and sent a replacement, but then the second replacement came broke in the exact same way. I get it’s a cheap product, but to not even get a single use out of it, is crazy. I emailed them again for just a refund. And they didn’t get back with me, so I had to email a third time to finally get a response and refund. At that point I didn’t want another broken veil. So I think you can find better items on the market for the same price.

Hat arrived damaged. I reached out twice via email for a return and never heard back from the company. Very disappointing.
