Item did not arrive but appreciate the quick refund

I never received my order. I received someone else’s order. It’s been over a week. I’ve sent 3 emails and submitted the ‘contact us’ form on the website and still no response.

My credit card is charged but no order confirmation, shipping details and my product hasn’t arrived. Customer service hasn’t been answering.

I never got my items. They were lost in shipping.
