The orange roses look dried out and old even though just received.

Beautiful mirrored vase, but roses are wrinkled, not well preserved, even though the packaging is exquisite. Even the replacement was just as bad as the first delivery. The black stoppers on the bottom of the vase stained our countertops. very disappointed on all levels. I appreciate that Customer Service did replace the arrangement. However, again, the replacement was just as bad as the first arrangement and they did not remove the black stoppers which I had requested in order to avoid further staining on my countertops

Not my first rose box purchase. This one arrived in pieces.. the top rose arrangement was completely separated from the bottom -- showing 4 tooth picks and a couple spots of glue that failed. Unfortunately I didn't open the box until I needed to (the morning of the day it was to be gifted) and therefore had no recourse other than to try and reconstruct, which to be honest, didn't go well, as the toothpicks were put in on an angle and still glue in to one side or the other.

Not satisfied with the quality of the product for the price

Disappointed in rose.
