While the flowers themselves were fine, I PAID for them to be delivered on a guaranteed delivery date as a birthday present. Not only were they not delivered on the guaranteed date that I paid for, but they were delivered almost a week late. I have reached out to the company about this several times with no response. I will use a different company for my future orders.

I emailed and heard nothing back

I bought it for my daughter. It is pretty; unfortunately the roses don’t smell at all. I was very disappointed. I asked for a refund. I was told it wasn’t possible. No returns. I spent too much money for something that I thought my daughter would enjoy year round. I was let down. 😕
