The quality of the print was great. . . . . I wanted aluminum prints without hangers. . . . so I guess my fault not understanding which one to order.

Ordered 2 prints and a Canvas. Largest print was great as was the Canvas but one of the prints wasn't right. Will feed back to Optimal

Very happy with the calendar I ordered, it was exactly as requested. However the calendar was not protected for postage. Nothing to prevent it from bending or getting wet. It arrived damaged. Disappointing better care was not provided for delivery

I am generally still happy with the quality of your products. However I have had a number of issues with the website including a) not being able to save and edit work as a draft for calendars, b) not being able to use re-order function for calendars. Also some of your previously offered products are no longer offered (eg large design your own card 17. 8x12. 7)

My book came with text to say "insert text here" on alot of pages. It should have been erased. Disappointed that when it said it would arrive between certain dates, it came rhe lalst of those dates.
