It took the company two tries to get the prints to me undamaged. Finally they made it happen. Packaging was quite different between first and second postage. Overall not bad service but a pity about the delay and hassle having to get onto support and reorder the prints again

Up until the new website was developed I was very satisfied. But now that I am ordering calendars and cards as in previous years I am having great difficulty logging in having to make several attempts to access my drafts and previous orders. I had to accesss help regarding prices which was very efficient and helpful. I will give an order one more go and if it is still as frustrating I may have to reluctantly abandon ordering from this site. However, the quality and delivery of the products are excellent.

Hard to restart a project from scratch that didn't carryover when the website was changed over. That in itself caused password reset issues that necessitated quite a bit of time and tech support to resolve.

Me llegó el calendario muy hermoso pero sin los festivos marcados, es otra plataforma donde lo haces y se supone que no lo marqué, siempre había hecho mis calendarios y no había problema pero en esta ocasión no me gustó tanto.
